Here’s a little bit of my story and why I love doing this! Giving love with Cerebral palsy. At six months old I was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. The doctor informed my parents about a special “home” that could take care of me. I probably would never recognize anybody, talk or even hold my head. My parents already had two teenage brothers and wanted to talk about what to do as a family. So my family did not follow his advice. They worked with me, fussed over my simple achievements, and encouraged me never to give up. My brothers showed me off with pride. Yes I need help with everything I do but I’m still happy. Yes it is not easy to have the kind of CP I have, my body is always moving: I have a hard time talking. But I love helping others who feel different, and I didn’t get to do what I really wanted to do in life, because of my cp.. So I started writing and blogging, then I thought about how much Facebook is used by everyone. I thought it would be a great way for me to do what I love. Hopefully I can make a difference for someone.

If we approach the hardships in our life with a great attitude and vulnerability to allow others around us inside our lives to help us in our times of need. Having friends to support you can help the way we handle ourselves through these challenges and can make a difference during those times. We all need help when times get hard. It's not what I went to school for, but I love helping others and inspiring people through my words. Thank you for supporting me. ♥ View all posts by L 4 love! Z’s Mentoring services.
