This is why I am doing what I’m doing. I have CP, but it is not the kind which most people have. And I use a wheelchair and I have a hard time speaking: so there is a lot of things different about me which makes people push me away or baby talk to me just because they don’t understand it. Mental health isn’t like a disability but it’s being looked towards like one, sometimes even worse! It’s just different and it can be a lot to deal with. But if we all took the time to learn about differences, maybe we won’t be so divided! This is what I’m working on!

Keep on talking about mental health!
The last few days of this month, maybe be more aware of others who have depression, bipolar or other mental health issues and just be a support for someone. Mental health awareness month is just about over, but we can keep talking about it. And maybe one day mental health won’t be pushed away or scary to people!💚
You
You don’t need anyone else to tell you are amazing. You need to tell yourself, you are amazing and there’s a reason you are the way you are! YOU ARE NEEDED!
Different for a reason
Mental health care can be hard to handle especially when they don’t help. But even if you are disabled it’s not easy! Even if you are, so called normal life is not easy. So why do we have to pick on each other like it’s their own fault for the way they are. We don’t have to push anyone to the side just because people don’t look and act like you. We are all different for a reason!
