Today I’m thankful that although I have a disability; which I always need to have someone with me to go out and all of my physical needs, I can still have the life of a normal” adult whatever you think that looks like! I just had a busy weekend and that made me realize that not everyone who has my kind of disability can have a life that they would like to have. And for the people who help make that happen, thank you! !

If we approach the hardships in our life with a great attitude and vulnerability to allow others around us inside our lives to help us in our times of need. Having friends to support you can help the way we handle ourselves through these challenges and can make a difference during those times. We all need help when times get hard.
